Dubai Opera has been created using a dhow design. The theatre features more than 2,000 seats and is home to world-class entertainment throughout the year. The Dhow-shaped structure, built by architect Janus Rostock Atkins and inaugurated in 2016, has reflected its maritime history. It has been designed to be easy to operate so it will be able to stage all the musicals to ballets, fashion shows, or even art exhibitions. The hotel offers a rooftop restaurant and sky garden and has a panoramic view of Burj Khalifa and the Fountain Dubai.

The mosque is distinguished by its exterior design, following the traditional Islamic style, adorned with Islamic motifs and intricate Arabic calligraphy. Its surrounding exterior area and shaded pathways leading to the outdoor ablution area are beautifully landscaped with lush trees. Furthermore, arches, columns, and stained-glass windows from the inside add to its beauty and grandeur. Decorations, Quranic verses, and intricate geometric designs are scattered throughout the mosque. Additionally, the green carpet that covers the floor of the Grand Mosque in Dubai’s Jumeirah area adds to its splendor.

Although Dubai is most known for its high-tall skyscraper buildings, its religious structures shouldn’t be overlooked because of their varying architectural designs.
