Starting a business is the hardest thing Austin Zaback has ever done. But, it is also the most rewarding. This is because he doesn’t run his business to add value to himself, but to the people he serves. Austin’s goal is to have a positive impact on his clients, community, and even his competition.

Ever since Austin was a child, he wanted to have his own business. At the time, he knew two things: he wanted to change the world and live up to his full potential. His passion for real estate allowed him to do both. Real estate offered a tangible way for Austin to help people while he also created a profit. Through wholesaling, house flipping, rental properties, and his company, Zaback Group, he helps buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.

For Austin, his mindset of abundance, love, and prosperity is everything. He is a firm believer in positive thinking, and even coaches others to help them build their brand. “You have to have integrity and treat people with respect and the way you want to be treated in order to succeed and have sustainable success long term,” says Austin Zaback.

Austin believes he has plenty of abundance to give, so he focuses on serving everyone. He is always looking for ways to add value to his business through his social media presence and offering Airbnb services. But Austin also enjoys volunteering at his church, and has even spent time helping build homes for families in Nicaragua. “At the end of the day, giving is living,” says Austin Zaback.

Success is a never ending moving target. There is always work to be done, since there will always be people Austin can serve. That’s why he is willing to go above and beyond what is expected to make sure his clients and team are cared for.
