It emphasizes energy efficiency and aims to facilitate the transition to a cleaner energy economy by supporting the overarching goals of the Energy Union strategy.
  • The ‘REPowerEU’ plan, initiated in response to the need for bolstered energy security, aims to expedite the transition to clean energy. While it includes a variety of measures, battery energy storage systems (BESS) are a key component, safeguarding grid stability and promoting the incorporation of clean energy sources.
  • The EU Commission’s 2023 Recommendations on Energy Storage highlight the critical role smart energy storage technologies play within the energy system. At the same time, the conferences and forums held in conjunction with the smarter E Europe exhibitions paid attention to practical and strategic discussions about the integration and optimization of existing energy systems. Through this series of events, attendees gained a more comprehensive perspective on up-to-date evolution and patterns in the field of smart energy storage solutions, contributing to the industry’s future development.

1. HyperCube Pro

The HyperCube Pro exemplifies cutting-edge innovation in smart energy storage and charging systems. It allows for the expansion of charging stations’ capabilities by 1-2 times under the same transformer capacity, significantly enhancing the operational efficiency of the stations. More importantly, it utilizes smart energy storage technology to provide power support, increasing the charging capacity by 40%-80% and effectively delaying the need for transformer upgrades. This system not only supports critical applications such as peak shaving and valley filling but also integrates seamlessly with virtual power plants and backup power systems. Moreover, multi-layered fire detection and suppression systems promise operational safety and reliability.

2. HyperBlock III

HyperStrong’s HyperBlock III sets a new standard for liquid-cooling energy storage solutions. It embodies a sophisticated liquid cooling system that sustains optimal performance and expands the lifespan of battery systems by intelligently adapting thermal control strategies to various conditions, thus minimizing auxiliary power consumption. The system’s digital modeling capabilities provide AI-powered life-cycle analysis and safety monitoring, which enhances its operational safety and efficiency. With a capacity of up to 5MWh and an integrated design that reduces installation time, the HyperBlock III is engineered for high performance and durability, and that is the reason this product is an ideal choice for large-scale energy storage applications.

Further elevating the HyperBlock III’s excellence is its liquid-cooled battery pack. Equipped with long-life, high-capacity 314Ah LFP cells, each pack commands an impressive energy capacity of 104.5kWh. The implementation of a 3D thermal propagation barrier design surpasses the stringent UL9540A standard, guaranteeing unmatched safety and reliability. Meanwhile, the built-in up to 35 temperature sampling points enable real-time monitoring of temperature changes at each critical point, realizing precise temperature control.

3. HyperCube II

Designed for commercial & industrial deployment, the HyperCube II leverages a self-developed solid-state battery with a comprehensive AI-driven management system for early warning and multi-level electrical protection. It offers efficient energy conversion with over 91% efficiency and is capable of parallel connection of up to 20 units for significant capacity expansion. The HyperCube II is designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions, which keeps it suitable for a variety of challenging settings. Its intelligent balancing algorithm ensures minimal system temperature variance to extend its performance life and enhance reliability in critical energy applications.

Successful Cooperation Cases with European Partners

HyperStrong had a sound basis of cooperation with European partners, which made their presence in the smarter E Europe event even more notable. Here are their two recent cooperation cases:

✔    Strategic Partnership with TÜV Rheinland

HyperStrong established a pivotal strategic partnership with TÜV Rheinland Group, a leading provider of technical services, to propel advancements in the global energy storage sector. The partnership centers around shared objectives in refining product capabilities and enhancing skill sets.

Through the partnership with TÜV Rheinland Group, HyperStrong has achieved significant milestones in the certification of energy storage systems for overseas markets.
