Mailazy has built to serve their customers a high value transactional email service. We help our customers by providing them with an excellent email delivery service to build customer communication. We also realize that the process of sending email to the inbox from the mail server is complex and hard to understand. Many times this process may not be fully understood by all senders.

We have explained the Mailazy email sending flow in the above diagram. First, a sender creates the useful content beautifully for their recipients. Then it’s time for the SMTP communication which sends email messages from the sender to the recipient. SMTP stands for Simple Mail Transfer Protocol. You can think of SMTP communication as a handshake between sender and the recipient.

Imagine that a sender is a Speaker at a conference and all of the other guests are the recipients of the message. The host will shake every guest’s hand and during that “handshake” Speaker send the message to the recipients. This is called SMTP communication. In the end, the guest will determine if they will accept the message or not. In this scenario, you can think of Mailazy as a person at the conference who grabs both the Speaker and guest’s hands and makes the handshake.

The sender connects to the SMTP server through Mailazy and tells the server the final destination it will send its message. The SMTP server recognizes the domain portion (the part after the @ sign) and contacts the receiving server responsible for accepting messages for that domain. During this connection, the two servers exchange multiple pieces of information. The receiving server typically then says one of the following:

  • I know who this is and deliver it to their inbox.
  • I know who this is but do not deliver it to their inbox.
  • I know who this is but I have few things to figure out. So I am neither delivering this nor sending it back. (deferred message)
  • I don’t know who this is and I’m sending it back. (bounced message)

Viability of Mailazy:.

At Mailazy, we tried to keep the integration as simple as possible so that customers can integrate quickly  with any applications with API or SMTP methods. Mailazy Dashboard added guided integration to make things easier even for first time users. Mailazy’s exclusive developer friendly API system can integrate with any complex applications quickly. Instead of making system features junk, we are focused on core features so that things don’t have to be complex.

The Mailazy documentation helps you with integration in different programming languages and present different aspects of API.

Data Security and protection is the core policy of an organization. We respect and understand data privacy. At Mailazy, you will get support any time from the team itself. Our email delivery expert panel and technical team is always ready to help you in any case of trouble. We value our customers and believe in developing long relations with customers.

You should realize that there are certain things that Mailazy will not accept responsibility for. Mailazy never tolerated any kind of spamming and suspicious activity. We are bound to provide a high delivery rate and high delivery speed.
