Paramount has made Regretting You available for home viewing, bringing the Colleen Hoover adaptation to digital retail platforms after its theatrical run. The Paramount regretting you digital release is available through major digital storefronts, with Paramount’s official listing pointing viewers to digital options including Apple TV, Amazon, Fandango at Home, Google Play, and ROW8.

The Regretting You film is based on Hoover’s bestselling novel and centers on Morgan Grant, played by Allison Williams, and her daughter Clara, played by Mckenna Grace. After a devastating accident exposes family secrets, the two are forced to confront grief, betrayal, love, and the distance that has grown between them. Paramount lists the movie as a PG-13 drama/romance directed by Josh Boone, with Dave Franco, Mason Thames, Scott Eastwood, Willa Fitzgerald, Sam Morelos, and Clancy Brown among the cast.

The digital rollout gives Hoover fans and romance-drama audiences a new way to watch the movie at home during the holiday viewing window. Paramount Home Entertainment’s home release plan also includes Blu-ray and DVD editions scheduled for February 17, 2026, following the November 25 digital debut.

What is included with the digital release?

According to home entertainment details reported for the release, select digital editions include more than 20 minutes of bonus material. Extras include behind-the-scenes featurettes on adapting Hoover’s novel, cast and crew reflections on love and loss, deleted scenes, outtakes, and additional segments focused on regret and promposal memories. Availability of extras may vary by retailer, so viewers should check the listing on their preferred platform before purchasing.

Why the release matters

The move to digital comes after Regretting You held attention at the domestic box office in late October and early November. During a slow Halloween weekend, the Associated Press reported that Paramount’s romantic drama was estimated at $8.1 million for the weekend and was listed first in the top 10 domestic box office chart by Comscore estimates.

That performance helped keep the film in the conversation as the latest major Colleen Hoover screen adaptation after It Ends With Us. While it did not appear positioned to match the earlier Hoover adaptation’s theatrical numbers, the digital window may extend its reach with readers, romance fans, and viewers who waited to watch at home.

For anyone looking for a Regretting You review before renting or buying, the critical response has leaned divided, with reviewers frequently pointing to the movie’s melodrama, romance, and book-to-screen appeal. CinemaBlend’s roundup noted that critics had strong reactions to the film’s tone and script, while also acknowledging the story’s built-in audience among fans of teen romance and emotional family drama.

With the digital release now live, Regretting You has shifted from a theatrical romance-drama to an at-home option for audiences interested in Colleen Hoover adaptations, coming-of-age stories, and relationship-driven films built around loss, secrets, and second chances.
