Put-In-Bay is a popular resort community on South Bass Island in Lake Erie, but it is generally used to mention the entire island. Traveling to Put-In-Bay
One of the common ways to get to Put-in-Bay is by one of the two Put-In-Bay ferries which provide services to the island. The Jet Express Ferry arrives in the downtown area, while the Miller Ferry landing requires a bus or taxi to bring you to the village. They can be rented hourly, daily, or overnight, and for multiple days at a time. Coops Cabs, a taxi service, operates island-wide, and there are buses that move from downtown to the ferryboat landing on the other side of the island.

There is an endless number of things to do in Put-In-Bay, and they can be as mild as a stroll through the village. Aquatics, hiking, sailing, moped rentals, and biking are among the most convenient things. Jet Ski Rentals and Parasailing are also popular attractions.
