The real estate sales field is highly competitive and can be very difficult to make a name for
yourself in. Julian Parks has devised a brilliant strategy for becoming the go-to realtor in the San middle-aged White females, Julian is an Asian-American man in the top 1% of the realtor’s market. He is 100% self-made, spending endless hours a day for his first three years knocking on Fernando Valley by providing enormous value to his clients. Julian brilliantly organized a concierge service for his client that allows them to get acclimated quicker to their new community.

Julian is no stranger to hard work. As an Asian-American male in an industry dominated by
middle-aged White females, Julian always knew he would need to work extra hard to create a name for himself. For the first three years of his career he knocked doors, cold called, and
simply worked his face off to create his initial clients base. Upon becoming established Julain started to realize that he could further distinguish himself through the use of social media as well as other date driven digital tools. He says, “My tactics and strategies for both real estate and mortgages are seriously cutting edge. I know everyone says this, but they really are. With higher education smarts/analysis, data-driven research, and a millennial tech-savviness, I always come out ahead,” his clients.

Julian believes not only in the importance of a great mindset, but also believes in the power of will. He noted that people will always show up for a boss faithfully and consistently but when it comes time to work for themselves they struggle. Julian believes his greatest asset is his discipline. He credits his ability to control his emotions as a main contributor into how he is able to outwork his competition and provide incredible results for his clients.

Julian believes that success is more about the life you create than a feeling. He is driven by the philosophy that we are all given just one life and it is up to us to make the most of it. He often asks aspiring agents “Are you leaving behind a legacy?”

Julian has become well known as one of the most successful Asian-American realtors in the San Fernando Valley and is on pace to clear over a half a million dollars in commissions this year alone. He is driven not only by the idea of leaving a financial legacy, but by putting people into better positions than when he met them by utilizing the honest proven strategies and technology that has set him apart from much of the competition.
