Yoga is that medicine that doesn’t require popping pills. This is a natural treatment or lifestyle that can change your life for the better. This treatment also adds those extra years to your life making it so much better. Yoga is not about poses or exercise to keep shed some extra kilos or to treat something but it is so much beneficial and in so many ways helps life.
