It’s good to rest your eyes and unplug once in a while. Unplugging, or the act of doing activities without gadgets or screens, allows you to relax and slow down from the frenetic pace of technology. In a Sora condo, you can do these four activities and recharge the low-tech way.

Catch Up with Friends and Family

Have a sit down with a friend or family member and have a real conversation. During this time, avoid having your smartphones nearby (tip: put them somewhere hidden and far away) and turn off any distractions. You might be surprised how many topics you can talk about especially if you haven’t seen each other in a while.

Clean, Organize, and Declutter

Now is the time to clean your condo if you’ve been putting it off for a long time. The weekend is usually the best to schedule a deep clean- gather up the things you need, such as a vacuum, mop, or broom beforehand. Sweep, put the things in proper order, and throw out old items or ones you no longer need.

Take a Walk Around

Nature is a wonderful stress reliever and relaxant regardless of how old or young you are. Most condo buildings have a park nearby where people can just sit back and appreciate greenery and fresh air. Explore your surroundings, see the sights, and maybe even do a quick walk or jog around for a nice health boost.

Do Nothing and Let Your Mind Wander

When was the last time you were bored and let your mind wander? As counter-productive as it may seem, doing nothing can actually be good for your well-being and creativity. The mind gets a nice reset and recharge, and you’ll feel more energy and ready to face the world again.
