Fans of Gilmore Girls and Parenthood have a new comedy series to get excited about. The beloved actress Lauren Graham is starring in the new workplace comedy ‘The Z-Suite,’ and the official trailer has just dropped, giving us our first look (Tubi Z Suite).

The hilarious clip reveals the show’s central theme: a chaotic office where ambitious Gen Z interns clash with their more traditional bosses. This first look at the generational battleground promises a comedy that many modern office workers will find instantly recognizable.

Tubi Z Suite: What Is ‘The Z-Suite’ Actually About?

At the center of the story is Monica (Lauren Graham), the highly successful CEO of a top-tier ad agency. Her perfectly organized world gets turned upside down when, in a bizarre corporate shake-up, the company’s future is handed over to a self-proclaimed Gen Z “visionary.” Suddenly, the traditional C-Suite is replaced by a chaotic Z-Suite, run by a leader who has far more social media followers than actual business experience.

The show’s humor comes directly from this chaotic collision of two completely different worlds. Imagine trying to explain 9-to-5 office etiquette to a team that communicates exclusively through memes, or navigating a major business pitch that was designed to go viral on TikTok. The Z-Suite pits the established, by-the-book leadership against a younger crew that believes “HR” is just a suggestion and every problem can be solved with a new filter.

Joining Graham in the madness is Anders Holm, who many will recognize from the hit workplace comedy Workaholics. He plays a fellow executive struggling to adapt to the new, unpredictable regime. Their bewildered reactions to the absurdity happening around them promise to be a hilarious highlight for anyone who has ever felt a little out of sync with their younger colleagues.

How to Watch ‘The Z-Suite’ For Free on February 6
