Veronica Figueroa believes that, with the right mindset, you can unlock new levels of success. Veronica was raised in a military family from Puerto Rico. Growing up, her family moved frequently, and she saw her mom open businesses in each military station they lived in. Veronica was inspired by her mother’s passion for diversity and female leadership, which led to her following in her footsteps. At the age of 16, Veronica’s life shifted when she became a teenage mother. Instead of allowing this life change to derail her plans of entrepreneurship and leadership, Veronica embraced her new life and adapted.
“My passion to help others and follow my mother’s footsteps in making a difference motivated me. I refused to let a set back hold me back from building a successful life,” says Veronica Figueroa.
Veronica has broken the mold of women’s leadership in the real estate industry. As the Team Lead of the Figueroa Team, she has built a diverse and successful team that has been named Most Innovative Team of the Year by Inman in 2017. Veronica also sits on Zwillow’s advisory board and is Zwillow’s Broker Partner for Zillow Offers. She has created her own path with her out of the box thinking, and she’s an inspiration to others to become the leaders they were meant to be.
