Whole foods are unprocessed, natural pieces of food and the best you could get your hands on, nutrition-wise. These do not have MSG, additives, and other extra things that restaurants add to the food they dish out in ‘in-and-out’ joints. Here are some reasons to invest in whole foods to stock in your Lentor Signature kitchen.

Versatility

There are many cuts and variations of meat depending on what you need and want to cook. Meats such as pork, beef, and chicken are also amazing sources of protein and provide you with nutrition that has not been altered, like the ones offered in fast food restaurants. You also have full control of the ingredients and how you cook your food.

Saves You Money

Compared to meat from fast food restaurants that is full of oil and fats, whole foods like pork, beef, and chicken provide you with the whole thing or let you select the cut or piece you want. You are not paying for convenience; you are paying for nutrition and non-processed food. You can also buy in bulk to prepare for meal planning and cost less compared to heavily processed and premade food. These foods can also be stored for some time as long as you have proper storage conditions for future use before their expiration dates.

Proper Nutrients

Vegetables, chicken, oats, pork, and beef provide you with protein, carbohydrates, and greens, giving you the nutrients that your body needs. No added additives or other things that can cut down the nutrients the food can give you. This puts you on the path to start living a healthy lifestyle and prolongs your health. It also helps with weight management, helps with cravings for salt and sugar, and since whole foods have high fiber and water, your brain will let you know when you are full because of the volume.
