This written pact should be shared with the clients as soon as they become a debt-based relationship with the company or in other words become debtors who owe a financial obligation.

Moreover, this agreement should be re-sent if the clients falter on their debt dues. This serves as a reminder of their impending financial obligations that also have legal bindings in case of violation of the contract. Besides this, top management of small firms should conduct regular market surveys and analyze global economic trends. It is better to be aware of the economic dynamics and be prepared to avoid any business move that might lead to a loss situation like the bad debt.
