Crafting one is simpler than you think. It’s also a fun and rewarding hands-on activity for kids. Let them mix, knead, sprinkle toppings and design their own pizza. Here’s a quick recipe for beginners that you can try once you’ve moved into your new condo and bake in your modern kitchen at Lucerne Grand!

  • 1 – ½ cup of grated mozzarella cheese

(More Optional Toppings)

  • Bell peppers
  • Cooked chicken
  • Mushrooms
  • Olives
  • Onions

Instructions:

Now that all of the ingredients are prepared, it is time to make the pizza!

Make the dough

  • Mix the yeast, flour, sugar, and salt
  • Add warm oil and water
  • Knead it until it is soft

Prepare the base

  • Roll the dough into a round pizza base
  • Preheat the oven to about 220°C / 445°F

Add the toppings

  • Spread the pizza sauce evenly
  • Add cheese and your preferred toppings above

Bake the pizza

  • Bake the pizza in the oven for about 12 – 15 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese melts
