Jaipur food diary

Jaipur food diary

If you truly consider yourself a foodie, then a trip to Jaipur ‘ the pink city ‘ should be on the number one spot. When I am in Jaipur, the first thing I catch up on are the culinary delights of the city. Be it sitting early morning sipping on piping hot tea and samosa bun or lounging in the courtyard and feeding almonds from my high tea to the peacocks. Jaipur has something to offer for every taste bud coming into the city.

The few places I hit every time I am in Jaipur are a complete mix.

Gulabji chai and Rawat Kachoris

Coming to Jaipur and not indulging in the best tea on the planet is blasphemous. It’s best visited early in the morning. On the inner corner of Ganpati plaza, there is a small red tea store and if you order their tea, make sure to doubly take a plate of their samosa bun which are literally to die for. Hot, oozing with butter, the samosa, and bun with tea starts for a brilliant day. And if you care to complete the trinity, head over to Rawat’s which is a few mins away, and pick up their famous Pyaz Kachoris. This makes for the perfect start to the day.

Burger Farm

One of the places I miss most since I’ve shifted out of Jaipur is Burger Farm. I just cannot fathom how difficult is to get a burger right, since I haven’t had a good burger in Delhi since. The best on offer at burger farm for me Go Green. Full of flavor, crisp, and delicious. While I wait for my burger to come, I go and play online andar bahar real money game and win prizes on the legal casino site in India. After the my food comes, I dig into my cheesy burger along with fiery peri peri fries till I am full to the brim.

Talk of the Town

Now my mouth Is watering. This has probably the juiciest tandoori chicken ever. The melting off of the bones variety and the smokey smell impart such a rich flavor that’s almost intoxicating. My must-order dish here is the Tangri kabab, tandoori chicken, and rumali roti.

Dasaprakash

Crispy foot long Paper dosa was always a fascination since childhood and It’s my comfort food place in Jaipur. The sambhar is a perfect blend of spices and vegetables and an absolute delight to my senses. I love to soak my idlis in a bowl of sambar and every bite feels like the warmth of home. After a day well spent at Dasaprakash, I sit in the car and kick back by playing online blackjack on online casino sites and win real money and complete my day being highly satisfied.
